Andrii Nikolaiev

I’m a Research Project Manager at Mercor, managing frontier AI evaluation. Prior to that, I was a visiting researcher at the NLIP Group at the University of Cambridge, under the supervision of Prof. Simone Teufel and Dr. Yiannos Stathopoulos.

I studied B.Sc. and M.Sc. at KNU, graduating with honours. I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science. My thesis was advised by Prof. Anatoly Anisimov.

I’ve also spent 10+ years building and leading various STEM programmes, co-founded Kvanta — 1,000+ learners and $250K+ in funding.
