Hi, I’m Andrii Nikolaiev. I’m an Expert Project Manager in the APEX research team at Mercor and a visiting researcher at the University of Cambridge NLIP Group.
I hold a PhD in Computer Science (AI/ML). My experience includes building LLM evaluation pipelines, designing benchmarks and datasets, running human studies, and deploying models across cloud and local inference frameworks.
I’ve spent nearly a decade building and leading EdTech initiatives, co-founding programs for 1,000+ learners and securing $150K+ in funding.
