Educational Leadership
Since 2016, I am actively contributing to the growth of Ukrainian STEM talents by delivering Olympiad-level programmes in mathematics, programming, and science via educational programs, summer boot camps, yearly courses, and competitions, fostering a community of young learners and educators.

Kvanta STEM
In 2016, I co-founded Kvanta and directed yearly STEM programs, reaching over 1,000 young learners and inspiring their interest in STEM.
More than 5,000 learning hours have been delivered through weekly lessons and over 10 educational boot camps — both in-person and online (with up to 200 participants) — by our dedicated team of volunteer instructors and educators.
Over $150,000 for nurturing young STEM talents was secured in funding through grant applications and partnerships with educational institutions, IT companies and educators, including Emergent Ventures, XTX Markets, GlobalLogic, Admixer, and others, to support ongoing project development.
As a result of our commitment, many Kvanta graduates have continued their passion for science – participating in domestic and international top-level competitions (IMO, IOI, EGMO etc.), starting academic journeys at the universities worldwide, and building their own path to glory.

- Jury member on the Ukrainian mathematical competitions (2016-2023).
- Co-initiated interdisciplinary volunteer classes Let’s Get Distracted! to support the mental well-being of children, reaching out 300+ kids (2022).

Project Management Experience
- Worked as a project manager at Roosh Invest. Group, building partnerships with academic institutions, educational organisations, and stakeholders; coordinated online events for 200+ participants (2021-2022).
- Organised educational boot camps for talented mathematicians and school teachers with up to 110 participants at NGO Kontora Pi (2019).
