Since 2016, I am actively contributing to the growth of Ukrainian STEM talents by delivering programming & mathematical olympiad training classes at schools and summer boot camps, organising educational programs and competitions, and fostering community of young learners and educators.

Kvanta STEM Educational Project

In 2016, I co-founded Kvanta and directed yearly STEM courses, reaching over 1,000 young learners across 8+ years and inspiring interest in STEM.

More than 3,500 learning hours have been delivered through weekly lessons and over 10 educational boot camps — both in-person and online (with up to 200 participants) — by our dedicated team of volunteer instructors and educators.

Over $140,000 was secured in funding through grant applications, including Emergent Ventures (Mercatus Center, USA), XTX Markets etc. and partnerships with educational institutions, IT companies and educators to support ongoing project development.

As a result of our commitment, many Kvanta graduates have continued their passion for science – participating in domestic and international top-level competitions (IMO, IOI, EGMO etc.), starting academic journeys at the universities worldwide, and building their own path to glory.
